Our Mission
Hi, we are so glad you're here!

We were inspired by our friends at Oxford Open-Handed who set out in 2020 to provide clothing, shoes, winter gear and sports equipment to families in need in the Oxford community, all for free with no questions asked.
​
We are thrilled to be able to extend this support to families in need in our Romeo community as well as neighboring northern Macomb County communities. We are able to offer private shopping appointments to families with kids ranging from infant through young adult sizes.

We would love to connect with you whether you have an interest in volunteering to serve our community, have kids clothes/shoes/coats/equipment to donate, are in need of clothing for your family, or would like to support this mission financially - please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions!

We are operating under the
501(c)(3) of our partners Oxford Open-Handed. We are so grateful for their support in launching Romeo Open Handed to serve families across northern Macomb County.
Romeo United Methodist Church
Shortly after we spread the word that we were in need of a space to be able to offer this support to Romeo families, Pastor Devin at Romeo UMC reached out to us offering both a physical space to set up our clothing store, and also a host of awesome ideas and ways to join together to reach even more families. We are so grateful for the partnership of the Romeo UMC community!
